Services · Match Day Apartment Search
Matched to San Antonio. Now Find a Home Before July 1 — From Wherever You Are.
The envelope says San Antonio, graduation is weeks away, and orientation lands around July 1. You cannot fly down every weekend to tour apartments, and the good units in the neighborhoods you actually want will not wait for your schedule to clear.
Free to residents and fellows — the community pays the locator fee. No obligation, and no unit ever pushed on you.
$0
What a resident or fellow pays us. Communities fund the locator fee on every placement — intern year included.

Our target from your intake call to a first matched list — the pace a Match-to-July timeline actually needs.

In writing
How every quote reaches you — pricing and screening criteria confirmed against current property sheets, never from memory.
Why this matters
What it costs to do nothing
The residents who wing it usually end up in one of two places: a sight-unseen lease at whatever complex answered the phone first, or a scrambled June with an application still pending while orientation paperwork piles up. Both are avoidable. San Antonio leasing offices work on their own clock — a unit quoted in April is often gone by the time a May visit happens, and an application started late can push move-in past the day your program expects you in the building.
Why clients choose us for match day apartment search
- We run the search on your timeline, not a landlord’s: intake this week, a matched shortlist targeted within a day, and lease start negotiated against your orientation date rather than the unit’s vacancy date.
- Video walk-throughs are recorded to your question list — closet depth, bedroom light, the noise you can hear with windows shut — not a leasing agent’s highlight reel.
- Applications and lease signing run digitally at most communities we work with, so the entire transaction can finish before you ever board a plane to Texas.
- Every quote we pass you is confirmed in writing against the property’s current sheet first, because a Match-season price found on a listing site is routinely stale.
The practical answer
The pipeline runs in four steps. First, a call or form: program, start date, budget range, sleep and commute priorities, pets, and who is moving with you. Second, a shortlist drawn from our San Antonio tracker with current written pricing and each community’s income-documentation policy attached. Third, recorded video tours of the finalists, answering the exact questions you send us. Fourth, the paperwork — digital application, lease review window, and a move-in date set against your orientation week, with utilities-and-keys logistics handled before you land. Cost to you: nothing. The community pays the locator fee, and the fee is the same to us whichever community you pick, so we have no reason to steer.
Common questions
- How early after Match Day should the search start?
- Sooner than feels necessary. Pricing firms up 60 to 90 days before move-in at most San Antonio communities, so late March and April are when a July 1 lease gets shaped on good terms. Starting in June still works — it just means choosing from what is left rather than from the full market.
- Can everything really be done without visiting San Antonio?
- Usually, yes. Most communities we work with take digital applications and electronic lease signatures, and we cover the eyes-on part with recorded video tours shot to your question list. Where a community still requires an in-person step, we tell you before you commit to it, so a single trip can be planned instead of three.
- What if my program start date shifts?
- It happens, and it is why we negotiate the lease start rather than accepting the first date offered. Tell us the moment a date moves — communities are usually workable on a shift of days to a couple of weeks if it is raised before the lease is generated, and much less workable after.
- Do you only work with certain complexes?
- No. We shortlist from the whole market that fits your criteria. Locator fees are standard across San Antonio communities and do not change our recommendation — and if the best fit for you is a community that pays nothing, that is still the one that goes on your list.
