Why a resident-only practice exists
General apartment locating treats every renter the same, and for most renters that works. Incoming physicians break the template in three places at once: the income document is a contract instead of a pay stub, the search happens from a city hundreds of miles away, and the schedule the apartment must survive is unlike anyone else’s. Solving those three things well is a specialty, so we made it one.
The working method is a policy tracker, not a brochure rack. For the San Antonio communities we shortlist from, we log what each one’s written criteria say about contract-based income, what lease terms it will actually discuss, how it has been handling renewals, and the unit-level facts — window orientation, breezeway traffic, parking-to-door distance — that decide whether daytime sleep is possible. Every figure we pass along is re-confirmed against the property’s current sheet before you act on it, because Match-season pricing goes stale fast.
Two commitments frame everything. The service costs a renter nothing — communities pay locator fees, the fees are broadly standard, and we tell you when the best fit pays us nothing at all. And we stay inside our lane: we never promise approval, never collect sensitive identifiers through this site, and describe neighborhoods by their features, never by who lives there. Luxe Apartment Locating Group operates under its sponsoring brokerage, with licence details published at launch.
